Cabinetry & Tables
Much of our furniture selection represents 18th and 19th century country antiques, following traditional construction methods such as hand planning, pegged mortise and tenon joinery, and dovetail drawers. Some of this furniture is hand-crafted in Bucks County by William Draper Cabinet Makers and Bucks
County Furniture.  JL Treharn and Bucks County Furniture provide us with exquisite Tiger Maple
specialty pieces. The use of hand tools by these companies creates a look that cannot be duplicated
by machines.  Pieces are constructed using top quality woods – mainly cherry, pine and tiger maple. 
Our furniture is available in many finishes and paint choices with detailed finishing and hardware appropriate to the period of the piece. 

Windsor Chairs
Our Windsor chairs are made with historically accurate features by Ashlen Chairs, River Bend and
Warren Chair Works.  Each chair is hand-crafted using the original three wood construction methods.  Native 2-inch white pine seats are deeply carved and hand-shaped.  The hard maple legs and
stretchers give the chairs their stability.  The Oak & Ash bendings and spindles provide the upper
portion with strength and flexibility.  The legs and spindles are hand-wedged as found in the
original 18th Century chairs.  They are as graceful and well built as the originals.

Upholstered Furniture
Piper Classics also offers a vast selection of quality upholstered furniture from such manufacturers
as Bradington-Young Leather, Johnston Benchworks, Highland House, Huntington House, and Dunroven House.  In our swatch room you will find fabric and leather choices to suit any style;  period, traditional, primitive, country, cottage, or comfort casual.  Our experienced and friendly staff is available to guide

Do you have a small space to fill, but just can’t find the right piece of furniture?  Come browse our large
and unique selection of small and occasional furniture pieces such as small chests and cupboards, hall tables, trunks, jelly cupboards, lamp tables, benches, hanging cabinets and shelves, and
grandfather clocks.  Still don’t see what you need?  Please ask!  Many additional items are available
in our warehouse or through special order.

Design Services
Many customers feel the need for assistance in making furniture and decorating choices.
Possibly you have an unusually shaped room, a unique decorating situation, or just want an expert
opinion.  Our competent sales staff is happy to assist you here in the store.  However, if you prefer
an in-home consultation, design services are available for a small fee.
